Insert (steps from) a run in run

Inserting a run allows the user to insert (copy) a full run or selected steps from a run. The run steps can be inserted by clicking the "insert run" link on top of the run step list (to be inserted first), or at the bottom of the step list (to be inserted last). It is also possible to insert run steps in between two existing steps by clicking the "insert run" button or link in the step list. The run steps will then be inserted after the selected step.

Note that steps can always be changed in order by moving the steps using the handle in the beginning of the step line.
