Release notes SoloDB 5.11.2
SoloDB 5.11.2 has been released on 29 June 2025, this is mainly a bugfix release with some minor improvements.
[FEATURE] The transactional email system, used for sending emails from SoloDB, has been rewritten allowing better control over the emails and mainly the content of the emails. There is now an Email designer available in the backend where the content of and all wildcards in the emails can be checked.
[FEATURE] There is now support for ZZS for chemicals, via a toggle per chemical. ZZS is a Dutch abbreviation for "Zeer Zorgwekkende Stoffen" (Very Concerned Substances).
[IMPROVEMENT] The search engine has been improved to allow searching for multiple words in a single search query. This allows for more complex searches.
[IMPROVEMENT] The statusmail code has been rewritten in React for better management and better integration with the rest of the SoloDB system.
[FEATURE] It is now possible to create maintenance and calibration or other services for each equipment, this is a deliverable for the LEAPME project
[FEATURE] The experimental split in runs now supports sub-splitting and processing per level (root and beyond), it allows for more complex experiments.
[FEATURE] It is now also possible to create a split in templates, so these can be used in runs created from the template
[UI] The way parts are displayed in the UI has been improved, allowing for better management of parts and to support the new-levelled splits.
