Release notes SoloDB 5.13.1

SoloDB 5.13.1 has been released on 7 March 2026, in this version the following fixes and improvements have been made:

• [FEAT] Fixed a bug that inactive users were still shown as active user for the chemical materials

• [UI] The next event date is now shown on the service page

• [FEAT] New button to export trained users from equipment and rooms

• [FEAT] Double bookings in equipment setups are now checked on setup level but also in individual equipment in setup in case the equipment is used in multiple setups

• [FEAT] Cleaned up the equipment reservation form, regular users can only select themselves, responsible users can select all users based on the reservation settings

• [FEAT] Bulk upload of trained users for room and equipment

• [FEAT] Bulk upload of services for Leapme

• [FEAT] Added a start date for setups, allowing the creation of setups with a start date in the future

• [FIX] Fixed a bug that prevented the deletion of reservations for equipment where approval is required
