[IMPROVEMENT] Applied named identifiers for all PHP functions

[FEATURE] Add support for Numbers in facilities, SoloDB will auto-generate an unique number for all facilities using the
FA#####format and there is an option to set own numbers[CHANGE] Changed the labels of chemical containers, added Sub Location (shelf, box, etc) to the container label
