Release notes SoloDB 5.9.2

SoloDB 5.9.2 has been released on 2 May 2024, in this version the following fixes and improvements have been made:

• [FIX] Corrected the mail send out when reserving a new equipment where the user has permissions to auto-approve, now the message that the approval is pending has disappeared.

• [FIX] Changed the access to equipment reservations which was open for all logged in users and removed a recurrent access check for reservations

• [FIX] Fixed link to ECN notes

• [CHANGE] Removed all traces of AngularJS in favor of native JS or simple jQuery

• [CHANGE] Migrated all sorting from jQueryUI to SortableJS

• [FEATURE] Introduce Equipment status changes based on the SPC test results

• [CHANGE] Change the way how steps are fetched from the database and search engine to have more accurate results

• [CHANGE] Create support for vendor, serial number and equipment number for equipment modules

• [CHANGE] Created a system of delayed updates of the search engine to prevent overloading the server and to have faster response of the system
