What is SoloDB
SoloDB (Solo Database) is a LIMS/MES system and can be used for experimental follow up and equipment management.

Installation
SoloDB can be installed on several cloud platforms, for example
- Azure
- Google Cloud
- Amazon Cloud
It is also possible to install SoloDB on local hardware, there is a detailed installation guide available for the installation on Debian (Ubuntu)
To setup daily backup dumps the following bash-script can be used
Api documentation
SoloDB exports data in Parquet and Excel format to an external storage. The date format can be found in the data model section.
The swagger can be found by typing /swagger in your SoloDB installation, a demo swagger can be found here
Release notes
An overview of all released versions of SoloDB can be found here. The latest released version of SoloDB is version 5.10.0 which was released on 12 January 2025.
