Equipment responsible users

Equipment roles assign a user and a centrally defined role type to one equipment record. The assignment has active or inactive status, an optional comment, and an In approval flow setting.

Open Responsible users on the equipment and add each current owner or specialist. Active assignments can receive training and reservation approval actions, status notifications, and other equipment mail according to the configured transactional recipient rules. A user with several approval roles is included only once in a request flow.

Make an obsolete assignment inactive instead of deleting it when the historical responsibility matters.
