Configure equipment training and booking access
Edit the equipment to configure training and reservation access.
Training option
No training possible: SoloDB does not maintain equipment-user training records.
Training possible: users can request training and progress from in training to active.
No training, but user registration: authorised users can still be registered against the equipment without a training-request workflow.
Add a training description with prerequisites, contact details, and preparation steps.
Who may reserve
Select one or more reservation audiences: trained equipment users, users in training, all users, users trained in the room, or equipment responsible users. The first two require an equipment-user training record. Equipment training requests also require access to the room that contains the tool.
Separately configure reservation approval, double booking, project management, rental availability, and calendar text. An equipment setup may override the booking mechanism with no reservation, calendar, or scheduler behaviour.
