Services
The Service module records recurring or one-off services and the events performed for them. A service can have a type, properties, a checklist, responsible context, events, and a report definition.
Typical workflow
Create the service and choose its service type.
Add checklist items and configurable properties.
Create or import service events as work is planned or performed.
Record the event place, documents, and report results.
Review events and report output from the service detail page or planner.
Services can be associated with equipment and appear on the equipment Service tab when equipment status management is enabled. Bulk imports and exports are available for services, events, and report results. Report administrators can define versioned report criteria, criterion categories, and types.
