Scheduling equipment
SoloDB supports simple equipment calendars and a scheduler for coordinated equipment setups. The options available depend on equipment configuration.
Calendar reservations
Use an equipment calendar for a single tool or a configured setup. A reservation records a start and end time, title, description, owner, and reservation type. It can also include modules, assets, a room project, a run, or a recurring pattern. See Equipment reservations.
Scheduler jobs
Scheduler jobs plan one or more equipment items as a coordinated job. The creation flow selects equipment or a setup, checks proposed time slots, and can add rental items or accessories. Job detail pages show the schedule, selected equipment, accessories, status history, change history, and—in the administrative view—quota and email information.
Jobs may be locked, finished, reset, or reselected according to their state and the user's permission. Queued bookings can be paused, trimmed, cancelled, or extended into an available gap. Quota headers and rules limit consumption for the configured resource or organisational context.
