Zones

A zone is an active or inactive reservable area within a zone group. It has a name, description, optional printable label, equipment, and reservation calendar.

Open a zone to review its equipment and general information. Trained room users can create reservations from the zone calendar. Reservations have a start and end, title, owner, reservation type, and optional weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurrence with an end date. Use the overview to edit or inspect existing reservations.

Making a zone inactive prevents it from being treated as an available area while retaining its history.
