Room labels, plans, links, and documents

Room records can carry the reference material people need at the point of work.

• Labels are reusable PDF layouts for rooms, zones, and locations. Layout elements can contain text, entity fields, images, or QR codes. Select the label on the entity, then render one label or a filtered batch.

• Floor plans can be stored at site and room level. Use the room's Floor plans tab to upload or replace the relevant plan.

• Links point to external resources and have a configured link type, name, and URL.

• Documents are uploaded to the room with metadata and remain downloadable from the Documents tab and the recent documents summary.

Treat a QR target as a stable SoloDB link or managed deeplink so printed labels do not become obsolete when a host name or route changes.
