Organisation administrators maintain the reference data used by groups, teams, projects, equipment, and users: facilities, operational areas and managers, departments, external companies, manufacturers, message types, organisation roles, project properties/tags, programs, and work-breakdown structures.

Create reference records before importing or creating dependent entities. Retire values without changing their meaning when they are already used in runs, equipment, projects, or exports.
