Run administration

Run administrators maintain shared values used by execution workflows:

• Hold codes flag a run that must not proceed normally.

• Priority codes add ordered operational priority badges.

• Run roles define the responsibility types assignable to individual runs.

• Sample and tray types, measurement summaries, part layouts, and part-state actions/types are administered in their respective Run menus when enabled.

Do not rename a code casually after it appears in historical runs; create a replacement and retire the old value when the meaning changes.
