Permission administration

SoloDB combines route permissions with entity-level assertions and permits. Global roles decide which routes a user may enter. Entity permits and domain responsibility determine what the user may do to a particular room, equipment item, project, team, run, or other record.

Use Admin → Permissions to inspect and maintain entity, role, user, and setter permits. Flush the relevant permit cache after structural changes. Test with a non-admin account: administrators often bypass checks that normal users must satisfy.
