Block bookings

A block booking reserves several selected equipment items for the same period. Start from the equipment selection, choose Block reservation, and provide the title, description, start, and end time.

Each resulting reservation retains its equipment relationship and is linked to the block. Normal equipment checks still apply, including access, overlap, opening hours, and approval. Review the preview carefully: one unavailable item can require changing the selection or time window.
