Create new set up

A new set-up can be created via the button "Create new Set up" which can be found on top of the Set-Up list via Equipment > Set-ups.

First the set-up has to be created, where the title is the only mandatory option. A description can also be added an also the end-date, which is the date until when the set-up is in use. The end-date is an optional field. Once the set-up is created equipment can be added and managed
