Room mentors

A mentor is an experienced room user who guides another user through safe and independent work in the room. Mentor is one of the room-user statuses.

When a room has active mentors, a requester selects one on the access form. The selected mentor receives an approval request. Accepting starts the responsible-user approval flow and associates the mentor with the room user; declining removes the request. Room managers can resend or reset a stalled mentor request when authorised.

After access is granted, use the room's Mentors, Trainings, and Users tabs to keep the user's status current.
