Configure room access training

Room training is driven by three pieces of configuration rather than a separate training-mode switch.

1. Add clear Training description text to the room. It is shown on the request form and in related communication.

2. Assign active responsible users, and mark the roles that must participate in the approval flow.

3. Optionally mark experienced room users as Mentor. When at least one mentor is available, new requesters must select a mentor and obtain mentor acceptance first.

Opening hours affect zone and equipment reservations, not the access-request status itself. Equipment located in the room has a separate training configuration and can require both active room access and equipment-specific training.
