SoloDB has an advanced system for SPC tests, called Monitored Processes. This system allows you to define a process, and then define the steps that are part of that process. You can then define the SPC tests that are performed on each step. The system will then automatically generate the SPC charts for you.

There are 2 types of Monitored processes

  • Scheduled
  • Per run
  • Ad hoc

An Ad-hoc monitored process can be used to execute a small test on daily base, based on a recipe. The SPC will be show on the monitor board of the equipment where the operator can simply drop a file with the results of the test.
