SoloDB 5.8.0 has been released on 31 October 2022, and is the first version in the 5.8.x branch. In this version the following fixes and improvements have been implemented

  • [IMPROVEMENT] Added equipment properties to zone group so that the equipment properties can be used in the zone group
  • [FIX] Fixed a wrong redirect when a user pressed cancel when creating a new recipe
  • [IMPROVEMENT] Rework the parameters for processes, extra JS etc, better validation and error messages
  • [IMPROVEMENT] Added visual feedback for sorting via drag and drop
  • [FIX] Fixed drag and drop of parameters in a run step
  • [IMPROVEMENT] Create better visual feedback for Toasts (little status updates) where a successful update will have a green header and a failed action will get a header with a red background
  • [CHANGE] Changed behavior of modals, the modal will not close when the user clicks outside the modal. This avoid accidentally losing data with a mis-click
  • [FEATURE] Support for run variables which are technical variables connected to a value in a run step and where the value can be used in other steps
  • [CHANGE] Rewrite of step parameters in case a recipe used. In the new setup less space is used to show the recipe values and changes are better highlighted
  • [CHANGE] Moved the number of an equipment up in the create equipment form
  • [IMPROVEMENT] Room and zones are now grouped (room on building and zone by room) in the create equipment form
  • [FIX] Fixed the issue that the logged-in user was default set as user for a new container
  • [FEATURE] Created detailed overview of all relevant user information in admin and frontend
  • [FIX] Return of the equipment export including a fix that all results are now shown
  • [IMPROVEMENT] Upgrade of search engines, better performance and better search results
  • [CHANGE] Removal of “move out” when not all checklist steps are completed
  • [FEATURE] Completed support for Sensors, including dynamic calibrations
  • [IMPROVEMENT] Added the user and date to a status pop-up (for sensors, equipment and facilities)
  • [FIX] Enable access to Attachments in ECN notes and Issues in lists
